Want to know how to do the bridge?
Step 1. Lie with your back on the floor with your arms along your side
Step 2. Bend your knees and put your feet on the ground with a small distance between your heels and buttocks.
Step 3. Next, raise your buttocks, keeping your feet on the ground and get your head, arms and shoulders of the ground.
Step 4. You are now in a straight line from your buttocks to your shoulders.
Step 5. Lower your hips to the starting position and repeat this exercise 15 times.
