Healthy Breakfast: Banana Pancakes

Banana pancakes are very healthy. You don’t use sugar, salt or milk. All you need is 2 eggs and a banana.

All you need:
– 1 ripe banana
– 2 eggs
– to garnish: some cinnamon or fruits, possibly some oats to make the pancakes a bit thicker if you like that.

Need the steps?

– Mash the banana and mix it with the two eggs.
– Heat some oil (preferable coconut oil or olive oil) in the pan and fry the pancakes till they’re brown.

Done! Just a little bit of cinnamon and your delicious breakfast can start. They are deliciously sweet and very tasty. <3
