It’s so easy to become a tough person nowadays. Situations that happen can make you act out of hate instead of acting out of love. Growing up I had some tough situations that made me mad at the world and mad at myself and people around me. I starting hating things and wishing people bad things. Didn’t trust anyone around me and it made me a very quiet and tough person.
When time goes by and I am growing as a person I start realizing that being though to yourself and on others isn’t going to bring much to me. I needed to learn to wish people good luck, hope, and good things even though they hurt me or did bad things to me.
Wishing other people bad things because they hurt you will not bring good things in your life. I believe if you wish someone something bad it will automatically bring you bad things as well. Being lovely and kind will help you and others back into a good vibe, energy and will give you a peace of mind.
We live in a generation where we all want so much and are so jealous. Scrolling into your Facebook or Instagram feed seeing people living awesome lives, having amazing body’s and beautiful clothes or caress can cause jealousy, hate, and misfortune. Scrolling down on Social Media is normal but you need to learn to be happy for those people and bring good energy. Be inspired by them, be lifted up and feed yourself with motivation.
We all bring energy to our loved ones, co-workers, and even strangers. It would serve us all to realize how energy is flowing through our lives and how we affect other lives with it. We live in a vibrational world. A high vibration results from feelings of love, respect, happiness, appreciation. A low vibration comes from emotions of stress, jealousy, anger, depression, and hate. We have a lot more power than most of us realize.
Let’s choose to be more self-aware and stop thinking out of hate and start thinking out of love. Do the things you think build people or tear them down? Do you get inspired by people’s accomplishments or do you get jealous? Let’s bring positive energy into this world. We all need it.
